Prepared for The Bucket List DXB

Website Development Proposal

This is a plan to rebuild your website. Right now it runs on a slow custom build from a dev team that takes days to answer, and your new design in Lovable isn't live yet. This plan moves that Lovable design and its panels onto a system that works: connected to your database, visible on Google, and able to take a booking and a payment, including Apple Pay.

The short version

  • What you get: your customer panel (browse, book, pay) and admin panel (add events, manage bookings) rebuilt properly and wired to your Supabase database.
  • One flat price: $3,000 (AED 11,020). No second invoice, no scope creep.
  • Live in 4 weeks from the day we get access to your Lovable project.
  • You own everything. Every account, every line of code, in your name.
  • Vendor panel is separate. A smaller project, once you have enough vendors ready to onboard themselves.

The outcome

Where you are today. Where you'll be.

What we're building

Phase 1: customer panel and admin panel, live and working

Everything below is included in the $3,000. Nothing here needs a second quote.

Not in this round

  • Vendor panel. You said it yourself, it's fine for now to add vendors manually through the admin panel. Once you have a real list ready to onboard themselves, we scope and price that as its own project.
  • A full brand redesign. You want to keep the Lovable look for now and save the budget. When you're ready for a designer to build a real brand identity, that's a separate project too, and everything we build now carries over into it cleanly.
  • Vendor payouts through Stripe. You've already decided that happens by bank transfer once your UAE entity and bank account exist. That's on your side, not ours, and it doesn't block anything above.

Timeline

Four weeks, start to live

Week 1Your Lovable build and Supabase database moved onto Next.js and Vercel. Nothing customer-facing changes yet, this is the foundation.
Week 2Customer panel live: browsing, event pages, booking, mobile-first, promo codes.
Week 3Admin panel live: add and edit events, see and manage every booking. Stripe checkout connected, Apple Pay working.
Week 4Real-phone testing, fixes, and handover. Site goes live at thebucketlistdxb.com.

Price

One number. No surprises.

$3,000
One-time cost for everything in Phase 1, about AED 11,020 at the fixed USD-AED rate. Vendor panel and any future redesign are quoted separately, only when you want them.

$1,500AED 5,510When the customer and admin panels are live and you can take a real booking end to end

After launch

Ongoing maintenance

AED 2,000/ month, starts once the site is live

Covers:

A full new feature, like the vendor panel or a loyalty program, is scoped and priced on its own, not folded into the retainer.

On hosting: Vercel and Supabase are free at the traffic you have today. We'll tell you if that changes as you grow. No hosting bill you don't need yet.

Your protection

You stay in control this time

You mentioned the last team went quiet for days and you had to chase them. Here's how this is set up differently.

  1. Every account stays in your name. Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, Stripe. We work inside them as your team, the keys stay with you.
  2. Your code lives in a GitHub repository you own. If you ever want a different developer, they can pick it up the same day.
  3. No lock-in. Everything here runs on ordinary, widely-used tools. Nothing needs us specifically to keep working.

How we'll work together

One point of contact, every day

Who

Me, start to finish. Not a rotating team, not someone new every time you ask a question.

Daily

Add me to WhatsApp or Slack, whichever you use, and message me directly. I'm reachable every day.

Weekly

A 20 to 30 minute call each week to see what shipped and what's next. More often in week 1 if you want it.

If something slips

You hear about it the same day, not after two days of silence.

Case study

Our own platform

We built and run our own agency's client platform on the exact stack proposed here: Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel, with separate logins for staff and clients. Live in production, every day.

Case study

SureSpace, Dubai

We run the SEO and web development for SureSpace, a membership and events platform for Dubai residents, on an ongoing retainer since May 2026. Same city, same kind of audience.
